This website is operated by Sumify LLC ("Sumify", "we"). We provide monthly bookkeeping services for small businesses. You can reach us at info@getsumify.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you book a call, you give us your name, email address, and a few details about your business, such as whether you use QuickBooks Online, your approximate monthly transaction volume, and whether your books are up to date.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to record how you reached this site (for example, the ad or campaign you clicked, including advertising click identifiers and campaign tags) and which pages you viewed.
How we use it
- To schedule and hold your call and to follow up with you about it.
- To understand which of our ads and pages lead people to book, so we can improve them.
- To provide our services, if you become a client. The financial records you share with us as a client are covered by your engagement agreement.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run our business. These include a scheduling tool (Calendly), email, website hosting (Cloudflare), and advertising and analytics platforms such as Google and Meta. They process information on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and your choices
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads, and may use the Meta Pixel, to measure visits and ad performance. When you book through the scheduler on our site, Calendly may also set cookies.
Where the law requires your consent, these tools stay off until you accept. You can change your choice at any time using (also in the footer of every page). You can also manage ad personalization in your Google ad settings and Meta ad preferences, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
To avoid counting the same booking twice, our site stores a small record in your browser after you book. This record holds a booking reference, not your name or email.
How long we keep it
We keep booking information for as long as we need it to follow up with you and to meet our legal and business obligations, then delete it. Campaign information stored in your browser expires after 90 days.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@getsumify.com. Some states give residents additional privacy rights, and we will honor those requests as the law requires.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
